Our lifetime warranty covers everything we claim will not happen to your part.
Are you starting to see tarnish or discoloration on your item? We will replace it. Accidental breakage? We will replace it. Scratched pendant? We will replace it.
Simply email a photo of the item to our support team at hello@cultculture.shop along with your order number and we will process a replacement item for you or Cult Culture store credit to spend on something else from our store. No questions, no judgments, no problems.
*Our lifetime warranty only covers what we claim will not happen: if your part is lost, stolen, intentionally damaged, or damaged through a third party, we cannot cover this. Failure to provide a photo of the faulty/defective item voids the warranty. If the item on which you want to use the guarantee was purchased at a discount or taking advantage of some type of temporary offer, it will not be eligible for the guarantee.
Cult Culture implements a fair use policy within the lifetime warranty, reserving the right to reject claims if the policy is abused.
